Engine: Features a 2.0L Dynamic Force 4-cylinder engine producing 169 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque.
Drivetrain: Comes standard with Front-Wheel Drive (FWD), but is available with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) for enhanced traction in rain or snow.
Fuel Economy: Exceptionally efficient for its class, achieving an EPA-estimated 31 city / 33 highway / 32 combined MPG in FWD models (30 combined for AWD).
Towing: Capable of towing up to 1,500 lbs, enough for a small utility trailer or personal watercraft.
Upgraded Interior & Tech
The LE trim adds several high-value features that make daily driving significantly more convenient compared to the base L trim.
Convenience: Includes the Smart Key System with Push Button Start, allowing you to enter and start the vehicle without ever taking the key out of your pocket.
Technology: Features an 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen with standard Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Connectivity: Equipped with a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad and four USB-C charging ports (two in the front and two for rear passengers).
Comfort: Standard automatic climate control and a leather-wrapped steering wheel elevate the cabin experience.
Cargo: Offers up to 24.0 cubic feet of cargo space (FWD) with a 60/40 split-folding rear seat for flexible storage.
Advanced Safety Suite
Toyota prioritizes safety by including its most advanced driver-assistance suite as standard equipment on every trim.
Toyota Safety Sense 3.0: This comprehensive suite includes:
Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (can detect vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists).
Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control for effortless highway commuting.
Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist and Lane Tracing Assist.
Automatic High Beams and Road Sign Assist.
LE Specific Safety: The LE trim adds a standard Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, which are critical for navigating busy highways and parking lots safely.

A very nice daily driver
by Psalms2 on 9/3/2025 12:32:18 PM
I’ve had my L model for about three months. Here’s what I like about it, I’m getting 39.2 to 39.7MPG with approximately 75% highway and 25% city. The seats are very comfortable, more so than the Kia Sorrento’s I previously had the vehicle handles very well. Has a very smooth ride and excellent cargo space. The CVT transmission is adequate and time will tellbut personally, I’d rather have a standard transmission. Acceleration is acceptable for daily driving, but I don’t put my foot into it very often. Here’s what I don’t like. The L model does not even have the following: automatic headlights (you have to turn the lights on off), no rear window wiper, no auto-adjusting rearview mirror, no adjustable intermittent wipers (only one speed). What I don’t like is the auto stop start function. I hate it. Although there is a button on the console to turn it off, but I often forget to do that. I believe the default on that feature should be off and if I want to use it, then I turn it on. I also detest the forward collision feature as it won’t let me gently coast up to the vehicles in front of me. As soon as I let off the gas, it starts applying the brakes and believe me I’m not going fast and I have plenty of distance in front of me, I have it adjusted to the closest and it still applies the brakes way before needed. this will cost me to get a brake job way too soon. It uses 0W8 motor oil and Toyota says you can go 10,000 miles between oil changes but I won’t be doing that. I’ll change it myself at 5000 and take advantage of the dealers free oil changes up to 25,000 miles. The transmission gets its first service at 60,000 miles. Hope this is informative for you. - 5.0
Economy style ride

It rides looks and handles great. The 42 MPG ain't bad either. Wife loves the pearl white paint. Plenty of room for the puppy dog too. No buyers remorse here." OH what a feeling" Toyota Cross Hybrid.
